Free, readily available support for tending to your body and your creativity.

Supportive, self-guided courses.

A few times through the year we offer self-guided courses to tend the body and align with writing and movement. These offerings provide daily support, writing prompts, and practices for arriving more fully in your body and creative practice.

Intimate, small group classes to connect with your voice, your creativity, and your body.

There is real magic in the collective workshop experience. Smaller group classes offered throughout the year provide practice in Embodied Writing through gentle movement exercises, writing together, kind witnessing and (optional) sharing. Formats range from a few hours to an 8-week series.

 

Individual support to address your personal needs and tune to your own body.

Individual sessions support your personal journey of arriving more fully in spacious presence. We work to incubate a space in which you can more fully hear what your body is speaking, making adjustments in posture, energy, breath, and awareness.
